Arizona man targeted by January 6 conspiracy theorists sues Fox News for defamation

Beam Epps, the Arizona man that connivance scholars dishonestly guarantee drove a FBI plot to coordinate the January 6 rebellion, recorded a claim on Wednesday against Fox News, blaming the traditional channel and previous host Exhaust Carlson of slander.

“In the result of the occasions of January sixth, Fox News looked for a substitute to fault other than Donald Trump or the Conservative Faction,” the claim said. “In the long run, they turned on one of their own.”

Representatives for Fox News didn’t quickly return a solicitation for input. Neither did Carlson.

The claim from Epps comes after his legal counselor requested a withdrawal in Spring over the “whimsical thought” Carlson progressed on his show.

In the fallout of the January 6, 2021, assault on the US Legislative hall, connivance scholars outlandishly proposed that the attack was a purported “misleading banner” activity organized by the central government to make allies of then-President Donald Trump look terrible.

As a component of that paranoid idea, a few traditional figures erroneously guaranteed Epps was important for a mysterious FBI plot to organize the assault.
