Elon Musk looks to rebrand Twitter with the letter X

More changes are coming to Elon Musk’s Twitter, as the very rich person proprietor of the site declared plans to supplant the organization’s famous blue bird logo with the letter “X.”

An in-between time new logo was supposed to go live at some point on Sunday, Musk said, as he declared that the URL “X.com” would now naturally divert clients to Twitter.

Taken together, the two changes mark the most recent and apparently most sensational changes for the social stage since the very rich person’s buy a year ago. It might flag another period for the stage — which Musk has long imagined as a super application that will offer various administrations from internet banking to video informing.

“X will be the stage that can convey, well….everything,” Twitter Chief Linda Yaccarino composed Sunday on Twitter.

Musk has indicated changing Twitter’s name to “X” since last year when he was days from formally possessing the organization. “Purchasing Twitter is a catalyst to making X, the everything application,” he said on Twitter.

Musk’s vision for an “everything application” has been contrasted with stages like the universal WeChat application in China.
