Iconic Pepsi sign no longer part of Baltimore skyline

Baltimore, (Qnnflash) – The Baltimore skyline has undergone a change as the iconic Pepsi sign that once stood alongside the Jones Falls Expressway has been replaced with a new one.

The red, white, and blue Pepsi sign has been replaced with a sign advertising Plant 83, a 14-acre mixed-use development where the former Pepsi distribution center used to be, located between Hampden and Woodberry.

Opinions among Baltimore residents vary regarding the change. Some people didn’t even notice the iconic Pepsi sign was gone, while others expressed their dissatisfaction with the new sign, considering it out of place and lacking the charm of the vintage Pepsi sign.

Despite public sentiment, the real estate company behind Plant 83, Himmelrich Associates Inc., has not responded to inquiries about the sign replacement as of Thursday afternoon.
