Washington State Patrol Identifies Driver in Deadly Crash

Washington, (Qnnflash) – The individual responsible for a tragic car accident resulting in the loss of two passengers on Monday has been officially identified by the Washington State Patrol.

The driver, Julian A. Dayap, aged 20 and hailing from Everett, has been confirmed as the individual behind the wheel during the incident.

According to the State Patrol’s account, Dayap was operating his 2013 Subaru Legacy in a westward direction on Interstate 90, approximately three miles east of Cle Elum. In a dreadful turn of events, his vehicle veered off the road and landed in a ditch on the highway close to Milepost 89. The aftermath of the crash was grievous, leading to the unfortunate demise of two passengers who were onboard. Brendan M. Kivlehan, aged 26, from Palos Heights, Illinois, tragically lost his life at the crash site. Additionally, Natalie S. Nicoletti, aged 24, from Countryside, Illinois, succumbed while en route to Harborview Medical Center located in Seattle.

Julian A. Dayap, the driver, was also critically injured and was promptly transported to Harborview for urgent medical attention via an airlift.

In light of this heart-wrenching incident, a comprehensive investigation is currently underway to determine the circumstances that led to the crash. As the investigation unfolds, the Washington State Patrol has indicated that pending charges are likely to be filed in connection with the incident.
